Job Description

We have two clients in Irvine and Santa Ana that are looking for Customer Service Rep/ Order Entry Clerks.

This will onsite Monday to Friday

Hours 8am-5pm

Perform customer service-related duties such as quoting, placing orders, and providing status and overall customer service while working directly with customers and many departments within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS - Good general office and computer skills, plus good telephone, and email etiquette. Organization, accuracy, multitasking, critical thinking, and good interpersonal skills.

Business professional attire

Very quite office

Must be computer savvy on Word, Excel and have excellent data entry and ten key experience.
